How to merge PDFs in PDF Gain
Start with one PDF, then use Manage Pages in the editor to import additional PDFs, reorder everything visually, and apply the merged page order before export.

Upload the first PDF
Choose the document you want to use as the starting file. It opens in the editor with page thumbnails ready.

Import more PDF pages
Open Manage Pages and choose Import Document to add pages from another PDF after the selected page. Repeat as needed.

Arrange the combined document
Drag pages into order, rotate pages, duplicate useful pages, or delete anything you do not need before clicking Done.

Export one merged PDF
When the page order looks right, save the changes and export a single PDF containing the merged pages.
