Trial Plans
PDF Gain may offer free, paid, limited, or full-access trial plans. Trial length, included features, document limits, storage duration, file-size limits, and renewal price are shown during checkout or in the product before you confirm the purchase.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a trial, your trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription and your payment method may be charged the recurring price shown at checkout.
Trial access may be limited by plan. For example, limited plans may include fewer processed documents, shorter storage duration, or fewer Pro features than full-access plans.
Subscription and Renewal
A PDF Gain subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal deadline. The billing period may be monthly, annual, trial-based, or another period shown at checkout.
After renewal, your subscription continues for the new billing period and your plan features remain available according to the plan terms. If you do not want the subscription to renew, you must cancel before the renewal charge is processed.
Payment Method and Authorization
By starting a trial or subscription, you authorize PDF Gain and our payment provider, Paddle, to charge the payment method you provide for the fees, taxes, renewals, and other amounts shown at checkout.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date. If a payment cannot be processed, we may retry the charge, ask you to update your payment method, limit paid features, downgrade your account, or cancel the subscription.
Cancellation
Canceling a subscription disables future automatic renewal. It does not automatically refund charges already paid unless our Refund Policy or applicable law requires a refund.
After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the then-current paid period, unless your account is terminated for misuse or another reason allowed by our Terms and Conditions. Trial cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid the trial conversion charge.
- Use the cancellation tools or subscription management flow available in your account or checkout emails when provided.
- Contact support@pdfgain.com if you cannot find the cancellation option or need help identifying the subscription.
- Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate your account or subscription.
Changes to Plans, Features, and Prices
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Gain may change plan names, features, document limits, storage limits, trial offers, renewal terms, and subscription fees from time to time.
When a pricing change affects an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice through the product, checkout, email, or another prominent method when required. If you do not want to accept a changed price or plan term, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Refunds
Subscription purchases, renewals, and trial conversions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable to the extent permitted by applicable law, unless our Refund Policy states otherwise or a refund is required by law.
If you believe a technical issue prevented you from using a paid PDF Gain feature, contact support with evidence of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed case by case under our Refund Policy.
Note for EU Residents
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason and without incurring costs, subject to applicable exceptions for digital content and digital services.
To exercise a withdrawal right, email us before the withdrawal period expires. Your message should clearly state that you wish to withdraw and include the email address used for your PDF Gain account or purchase so we can identify the transaction.
If a valid withdrawal request applies, we will reimburse eligible payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We will usually use the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless another method is required or agreed.
If you expressly consented to immediate performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you may lose the right of withdrawal, you may not be eligible for a refund for delivered digital content, and any refund for digital services may be proportional unless the service is defective or law requires otherwise.

If you have questions about trials, renewal dates, invoices, cancellation, plan access, or billing, contact our support team. We may ask for account, checkout, or transaction details before making changes to a subscription.
